Birgit Fiedler holds a Master`s in educational Science (Magister Artium) and a teachers degree from the University of Göttingen. She is a qualified painting and creative therapist and member of the professional association FMGT.
Birgit has worked in different occupational fields since 1980. These include creative (photography, textiles, graphics, art) as well as educational areas (adult education, schools, teacher training, museum training) and in the psychosocial area (people with disabilities). She has also been providing art therapy for individual clients and groups since 1997.
In career transition her repertoire of creative approaches helps clients to become aware of their own desires, guiding themes, resistances and goals. The applied methods include a joint dialogue of active relaxation, conducted imagination, painting, drawing and reflection.
