Renata Tomas has graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She has 10 years of management experience with international companies (Unilever, Coca-Cola) and is broadly trained in coaching, counseling and organization development.
In 2000 she started her own business as management consultant, trainer & adviser/coach and facilitator an organization development consultant. Her areas of expertise include leadership skills development, team development and team building, interpersonal communication and conflict resolution, personality development and the providing of personal growth techniques through individual coaching support. In addition she has a broad experience in CEE-countries, where she regularly works for international companies (workshop language: English).
