Verena Merkatz (Master’s in Psychology) is a freelance occupational psychologist (registered with the Professional Association of Austrian Psychologists), mentor and coach.
Based on her excellent professional training Verena uses diverse methods, with approaches from different areas: systemic coaching, group dynamics, mediation, provocative coaching and theme-centred interaction.
Verena is active in both the profit and non-profit sectors, specialising in (career) coaching for senior management and coaching for women in career transition.
Further areas of activity are communication, conflict management, team development, mentoring and the supervision of change processes in small and medium-sized organisations. She also has years of experience of working with addicts (alcohol prevention/rehabilitation) and in health promotion in the workplace
